Can I Change My Order?
- You can request changes to your order (such as modifying items, quantities, or shipping address) only within a limited time after placing it.
- Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order.
- To request a change, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible with your order number and details of the change you want to make.
Can I Cancel My Order?
- You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, before it has been processed for shipping.
- Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
- If your order has already shipped, you can return the items after delivery according to our Return Policy.
How to Request a Change or Cancellation
- Visit our website and find the order using the order number in the email or log in to your account.
- Go to the Order History or My Orders section.
- Find the order you want to change or cancel.
- Click the Change Order or Cancel Order button next to that order.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.
